This smallholding in Fairlight, is a working farm and an ongoing permaculture project.
It is a very peaceful spot, with far reaching views of the countryside and is really close to Hastings town and several local beaches for swimming or fishing. There are loads of country walks to do and a few Nature reserves nearby, one is only a 10 minute walk away with stunning views of Rye Bay and surrounding countryside. There is lots to do, although very nice just to hang out on the farm.
We are an official 'Nearly Wild' and ' Hipcamp' campsite.

🌿 Near to Nature Experiences
Do you have a small group you usually work with and would like to offer them a “near to nature” experience?

A longer session around the fire or a gentle meditation added to your regular class
A full-day workshop immersed in nature
A team day or special meeting away from the office
Or even an overnight, off-grid camping experience
Being on the farm helps people slow down, reconnect, and feel nourished by time outdoors.

We run volunteering between spring and autumn equinox. Either orchard or woodland sessions, weekly - get in touch.
